Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel ships.

Delivery destinations & estimated transit time

• United Kingdom: 3-5 business days.
• European Union: 5-10 business days.
• Sweden, Netherlands: 5-8 business days.
• Other European countries: contact us for availability.

Shipping cost

Cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Some destinations qualify for free shipping over a minimum order value.

Customs & duties

For shipments outside the EU/UK customs union, the recipient is responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by the destination country.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit (no scan for 10+ business days) or arrives damaged, contact us via the contact form within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We open a claim with the carrier and either reship or refund.
