We want you to be fully satisfied with your Stockflash purchase. If you are not, the following policy applies.

14-day right of withdrawal

Under EU and UK consumer protection law, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to notify us of your decision to withdraw. No reason is required.

Return conditions

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories.
• Notify us via the contact form with your order reference before sending the return.
• Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Refund processing

Once the returned item arrives and is inspected, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email.

Defective or wrong item

If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We arrange free return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund.

Non-returnable

Items that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer cannot be refunded.
